University of Jamestown's (UJ) Tuition Exchange Guidelines (TE): 1. All applicants must complete the UJ application for admission and meet requirements for admission to UJ. Applicants must also submit the formal TE program - Student Application from the exporting institution. 2. All TE scholarship recipients must live on campus. Mitigating circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 3. TE scholarship is available to undergraduate students only. 4. All applicants must be enrolled as full-time, degree-seeking students. 5. Import awards are for full tuition only and will not exceed funding beyond a maximum of eight full-time semesters or until graduation, whichever occurs first. Mitigating circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 6. TE scholarship recipients must complete a verified, processed FAFSA each year. Students are responsible for all fees, required course fees, overload fees, books, and room and board. 7. TE scholarship funds are applicable only to fall and spring semesters; it does not include summer sessions. 8. TE students must meet all UJ requirements for continuous enrollment. Students must also abide by all student conduct policies as stated in the student handbook. Students dismissed for violations of student conduct policies may not be considered for readmission to the TE program. 9. Applicants will be notified in writing of their acceptance or denial to the UJ Tuition Exchange program. 10. A renewal of the TE scholarship will be reviewed each semester by the TE liaison. 11. Any institutional scholarships/grants/awards will be included in the total TE scholarship.
