Additional Information
This is an exciting time to be part of the Juniata community. Whether students are designing their own programs of study, participating in internships, studying abroad, volunteering for local charities, leading student organizations, or working on individual research, Juniata students learn early in their education how to make things happen.

Juniata's unique approach to learning is flexible and student centered. With the help of an academic advisor and mentor, Juniata's students have the option of designing their own major (called the "Program of Emphasis" / "POE") or following a more traditional academic journey. No matter which they choose, all students benefit from the assistance of two advisors and interdisciplinary collaboration between academic departments.

In addition, all students benefit from the recent, significant investments in academic facilities that help students actively learn by doing.

The benefits of Juniata's quality educational environment are apparent. Seventy-five (75%) percent of Juniata students graduate and ninety-four (94%) percent of them do it in four years or less. Upon graduation, 90% of the graduates who apply to medical, veterinary and dental school have been admitted over the last 6 years, and 90% of those seeking jobs are employed within six months of graduation or are in graduate school.

Tuition Exchange scholarships at Juniata are full tuition value for four years. A limited number of scholarships are available (approximately 5 per year), and are awarded on a very competitive basis to students who meet Juniata's high academic standards. The application for admission should be submitted with all supporting documentation (transcript, recommendation, etc.) in the Early Action application plan. The Early Action deadlines are December 1 or January 15. Those applications completed by December 1 will receive priority review. Tuition exchange decisions are made throughout the months of December, January, and February and are released beginning December 16. Only admitted applicants are reviewed for the award.

This school is not accepting online applications at this time. Please contact the school directly to apply.

No matter what you’re interested in studying, there’s a school on the list for you.
