Founded in 1889 by the Order of Saint Benedict, Saint Anselm College is the third-oldest Catholic College in New England. As a leader in liberal arts education, Saint Anselm College offers 30 different academic majors and 16 certificate programs that ensure strong placement in graduate and professional school, and lead to exciting career choices. Saint Anselm College offers a challenging core curriculum and nationally recognized humanities program that help students hone the critical skills of thinking and analysis. With a total enrollment of 1958, Saint Anselm desires to remain a small liberal arts college. The faculty to student ratio is 14 to 1, and the average class size is 18.
