St. John Fisher College St. John Fisher College was founded in 1948 by the Congregation of St. Basil. The Tuition Exchange (TE) Application Deadline is January 15 for both admissions application and TE certification. It is a highly competitive process at Fisher and candidates are selected on the basis of academic merit. Continuing Fisher students and new incoming freshman receive priority consideration; transfer students are selected on a case-by-case basis, if space permits. TE awards are announced no later than April 15.
