William Penn University is a liberal arts university affiliated with the society of Friends. The university was founded by Quaker pioneers in 1873.
William Penn University provides the opportunity for an educational experience with a focus on leadership, technology, and the Quaker principles of simplicity, peach-making, integrity, community and equality.
There are over 1000 students in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Professional Studies (CASPS) and over 200 students in the On-Line and Evening programs (OLE). Students come from approximately 40 states and 20 countries.
Student/Faculty Ratio: Students receive personal attention from faculty with a 15:1 ratio in the classroom.
Programs: Leadership core curriculum leads to bachelor's degrees in a wide range of liberal arts and professional academic disciplines. In addition to our four-year academic program, a Master of Business Leadership is offered through our On-Line and Evening program on our two campuses in Iowa.
