Additional Information
TE is offered to qualified freshman or transfer applicants to our undergraduate program.

Bennington is committed to fellow educators as well as offering this tuition assistance resource to our own employees so we are generous about offering the TE scholarship to accepted students who attend Bennington. In the last few years we offered TE to nearly all who applied and were admitted.

Applicants should have Tuition Exchange certification sent from their exporting institution by the Admissions deadline. Deadlines are different for ED, EA, Regular Decision, and Transfer applicants.

DEADLINES:

Early Decision: -November 15 for Fall applicants

Early Action: -December 1 for Fall applicants

Early Decision II: -January 15 for Fall applicants

Regular Decision: -January 15 for Fall applicants -November 1 for Spring applicants

Transfer Students: -November 1 for Spring applicants -March 15 for Fall applicants

For more details on deadlines, go to https://www.bennington.edu/admissions/apply/application-deadlines

TE applicants should also file a complete financial aid application including the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and the online FERPA Consent form. After applying for Admission, contact the Financial Aid Office about your online financial aid account.

Provided the student has completed their financial aid application, aid award packages are released at the same time as the Admissions decision and would include notification about receipt of the Tuition Exchange Scholarship at that time. If TE is awarded to a student AFTER the initial award, institutional funding is subject to review and recalculation.
