More than 1,100 students from 40 states and 28 foreign countries are enrolled in our four-year program of study, pursuing the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in one or more of seven majors: Illustration, Advertising and Graphic Design, Media Studies (photography, digital imaging, video and film, storyboard and computer animation, photo illustration), Industrial Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Fine Arts, including painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, and glassblowing. In addition to major areas of concentration, we offer specialized courses of study in animation, art therapy, computer graphics, fashion illustration, product design, package design, and photography.
CCAD places strong emphasis on the fundamental principles of art and design, and on the mastery of techniques and materials. At the same time, we stress the methods used in today's professional work environments.
