Additional Information
We are excited that you are considering Elmira College for your undergraduate education. Here is some important information for you regarding our Tuition Exchange Scholarships.

Because Tuition Exchange (TE) Scholarships are competitive awards, we recommend that your TE application be completed early (contact the institution of your family member for eligibility and application information).

New students admitted to the College will receive notification regarding a TE Scholarship on or before April 15 and must submit their enrollment deposit on or before the May 1 deadline.

The TE scholarship is full tuition and includes any honor scholarships or awards given by the College.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and any state grant application must be completed.

The TE scholarship is reduced by the amount of federal and state grants awarded to a student. The TE scholarship does not apply to Summer Term, Study Abroad, or similar programs.

Charges for 2021-2022: Tuition $34,578; Mandatory Fees $1650; Basic Room and Board: $13,125.

Students holding TE Scholarships are expected to maintain a cumulative 2.0 grade point average and adhere to institutional standards of personal conduct. Failure to maintain these standards will result in termination of the TE scholarship.

If eligibility is recertified by the family's members institution, the TE Scholarship will continue until graduation, but may not exceed a total of four academic years or the receipt of the first bachelor's degree. Returning students on TE are notified beginning in June once paperwork is complete.

Termination of employment at family member's institution during a term, may require payment to the College of full costs for the entire term in accordance with our refund policy.
